1. Project Milestones

Digital services are scoped, designed, and delivered through mutually agreed milestones. We ensure transparent communication and regular updates throughout the project lifecycle to meet your expectations at every step.

2. Refunds & Revisions

Refunds or revisions depend on the approved proposal, delivery stage, and written agreement for the project. Once a milestone is approved and delivered, payments for that specific phase are generally non-refundable.

3. Cancellation

In the event of project cancellation by the client, any completed work up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly. Deposit payments to secure project scheduling and initial discovery phases are non-refundable.
